Growing in a precision-controlled environment with light, temperature, humidity, and nutrients dialled to the optimal profile for each variety produces plants that taste markedly better than mass produced field-grown equivalents. Higher flavonoid levels deliver the depth and vibrancy you expect from a genuinely fresh green. No bland, waterlogged leaves. No grit. No chlorine aftertaste.
Grown without soil and harvested at peak maturity. Leaves are consistently crisp, never wilted or heat-stressed from transit.
Our herbs are harvested to order and dispatched the same day. The aromatic oils that make basil and coriander distinctive are fully intact on arrival.
Independent laboratory analysis
Our produce was independently analysed by a third party laboratory against published nutritional benchmarks and a supermarket-purchased control sample. Across 15 macro and micro nutrients tested, Phyllome produce exceeded the benchmark in the majority of categories.
These results were established prior to dedicated agronomy studies. Targeted nutrient profiling including high-folate and high-iron formulations is underway as part of our commercial programm. We work directly with buyers to develop produce to specified nutritional targets.
